Tuition Information
Tuition rates are set yearly by the school board and each spring
parents sign a tuition contract for the following year. The
contract states each family’s total tuition bill and allows
parents a choice of payment plans. A nominal fee and a contract
with a third-party agency are necessary for installment payments.
There is a $100.00 non refundable registration fee per family.
K-8 Holy Trinity Catholic School Tuition 2010-2011
If you are a member of a parish in the Diocese:*
1st child - $3,425.00
2nd child - $1,900.00
3rd child - $525.00
Half Day Kindergarten - $1,713.00
No charge for more than 3 children.
If you are not a member of a parish in the Diocese:
1st child: $4,525.00
2nd child: $2,950.00
In addition to the basic tuition listed above, each family
is responsible for meeting a set amount called the "Fundraising
Assessment." This assessment for 2010-2011 school year
is $350.00 in Profit. There is a buyout fee of $450.00 due
on October 1st. Any fundraising amount not met will be added
on to the June tuition payment.
* If you are not from Holy Trinity parish, your pastor needs
to sign a pastor verification form. If you are not from Holy
Trinity parish, and your parish has a school, you must get
a release form from your pastor to attend Holy Trinity Catholic School.
There are two methods of tuition payment at Holy Trinity Catholic School:
- SMART Tuition - due on the 10th or 20th of each month
beginning in July and ending in June.
($43 set up fee which is added to your 1st payment)
- Annual Tuition Payment - paid directly to the school
for the entire tuition amount by September 15th.
Tuition must be paid by year end or student will not receive
report card and 8th grade students will not participate in Graduation
activities.
Pre-School Tuition 2010-2011
3 Year Old - $105/month
$1050 for the year
4 Year Old - $130/month
$1300 for the year
Payments can be paid in full at the beginning of the year
or on monthly payments for 10 months (September – May).
You will receive payment coupons to send in each month with
your payment. Monthly payments are due by the 15th of each
month.
