Holy Trinity School *

After evaluating the school's current tuition collection process, the Holy Trinity Parish Finance Council decided to have the school participate in the SMART Tuition Management Program beginning with the 2006-2007 school year. There are numerous advantages of the SMART program including:

1. Parents will be able to choose from among a variety of payment methods.  You can pay by check, money order, credit card, use SMART'S internet or telephone payment systems, or by automatic deduction from a back account.

2. Parent's will be able to choose the payment due date that fits their budget on the 10th, 20th, or 30th of the month.

3. School personnel will be free from the time-consuming task of record keeping, and will be able to devote more time to educational issues.

4. SMART's computerized records will enable the school to stay current on the amount of tuition collected and outstanding.

5. Parents will receive timely reminders if payments are not made as due.  

Tuition can be collected on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis, depending on your budget.  Also in accordance with school policy, a late payment will result in a charge of $10.  For parents that pay tuition annually (1 payment), it is not necessary to participate in the SMART tuition process.  Payment should be returned directly to the school office on or before July 15 before the new school year.

Parents need to fill our a SMART enrollment form and return it to the office to begin payment tuition using the SMART system.
