Enrollment

Do you have a preschool program?

Yes, we have 3 and 4 year old preschool programs. Our 3 year old 1/2 day preschool meets two days per week on Thursday and Friday from 8:45-11:15 am. Our 3 year old full day preschool meets Thursday and Friday from 8:00-2:30. Our 4 year old half-day preschool meets three days per week on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:45-11:15 am. 4 year old full-day preschool meets three or five days per week from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm (3-day full-day students attend Mon-Wed). Do you have full and half-day Kindergarten?

Yes, we have both full and half-day kindergarten programs. Our half-day students attend school from 8:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. and our full day students attend school from 8:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.

How old do you have to be to enroll?

The state of Pennsylvania uses your child’s age as of September 1st as their basis for determining when a student can enroll in Kindergarten. Consequently, if your child turns 5 on or before September 1st they are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten. The same date is used in most preschools as well. So if your child turns 3 on or before September 1st they are eligible to enroll in 3 year old preschool. If they turn 4 on or before September 1st they are eligible to enroll in 4 year old preschool.

How many students do you have enrolled there?

Enrollment varies from year to year, but we currently have a little over 400 students enrolled in Preschool-8th grade.

What is your average class size?

Class size varies based on enrollment in each grade, but the average class size is approximately 21 students per class.

How much does it cost to attend Holy Trinity?

Tuition Information

Does my family need to be Catholic to attend?

All are welcome! While the Catholic faith is an integral part of school life, a number of our school students are not Catholic.

Can I come to visit the school?

What time do classes start and end?

Our school day begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 2:45 p.m. for grades K-8. Our half-day kindergarten students are dismissed at 11:45 a.m. Our half-day preschool programs begin at 8:45 and ends at 11:15 a.m. Our full-day preschool begins at 8:30 and ends at 2:30 pm.

Do you provide bus transportation?

Bus transportation to and from Holy Trinity for K-8 students is provided by your local public school district. Any district within 10 miles of our school is required to provide transportation. Feel free to call our school office or your school district’s transportation coordinator for details.

Do the children wear uniforms?

Yes, all children in grades K-8 wear uniforms. Uniform requirements vary by grade level and there are different options for boys and girls. Detailed uniform policies can be found by clicking the link below.

Do you provide before or after school care?

Holy Trinity School offers Before School Care and an Extended Day program for parents who need to arrange for care for their children before and/or after school. This is available for a modest fee for all full-day students and is provided in the morning before school starting at 6:30 a.m. and from dismissal until 6 p.m.
